Measure and Drive Performance with Data
Using data to measure and drive performance, validate your decisions and implement changes is a practical way to maximize your cleaning program’s efficiency and effectiveness.
Gene Woodard, Director of the Building Services Department at the University of Washington, presented his experience in using data to measure and drive performance in his cleaning program at ISSA 2017.
As a part of his cleaning program, Gene implemented Tennant’s IRIS® Asset Manager to help provide return on investment (ROI) measurement for floor care equipment and battery charging behavior to save battery life.
