My Account Help

What is My Account?

There are many benefits in having access to My Account with Tennant Company, including the ability to:

  • Place and track orders
  • View order history and invoices
  • Place and view service requests
  • Pay invoices via credit card
  • Access secure Tennant resources and product documents


My Account Tutorials

Sign in at Every Visit
  1. Order TennantTrue® OEM parts and access customer-specific pricing.
  2. Track orders and shipping status.
  3. View invoice history and status.
  4. Access additional documents and resources.
  5. Schedule a service appointment and check the status of requests. 



Change Your Password
  1. Under My Account, click 'Profile'.
  2. Click 'Change Password'.
  3. Enter new password.
  4. Click 'Reset'.
  5. You will receive a confirmation message. 



Order History & Tracking
  1. Under My Account, click 'Order History'.
  2. Use ranges at top to sort your orders.
  3. Select your desired order.
  4. Scroll down to tracking number.
  5. Open tracking number on courier's website. 



View Service Requests
  1. Under My Account, click 'Profile'.
  2. Click 'Service Request'.
  3. Select request you wish to view.



View Price Books (Distributors Only)
  1. Under My Account, click 'Distributor Resources'.
  2. Select 'Price List'.
  3. Navigate to desired price book.



View Operator Training Videos
  1. From the menu bar, hover over 'Resources'.
  2. Under 'Resource Cener', select 'Operator Training Videos'.
  3. Select the machine category.
  4. Click 'Play' or select a video from the playlist to view.
